What state do you plan to live in? You will need to get a Certified Nursing Assistant credential from the certifying authority in the state where you plan to live. You should do an internet search for "certified nursing assistant state". This will give you the link to the state authority for issuing CNA certificates for that state. Then contact them to get info on the process.

Is your assistant nursing license similar to an LPN or LVN here in the US? If so, I think you can apply for the LPN Boards. If an "assistant nursing" is similar to a nurse tech or CNA, then, I would simply get certified when you are here in the States since you do have a dual citizenship. Hope this helps. Good luck!
