I thought I would start this thread based on reading another one about a member who is an LPN who just landed a job at a VA after feeling discouraged.  There are so many nurses -RNs and LPNS as well as CNA's out there who may be in the same boat.

So here's one that seems quite obvious-- government jobs like in a VA hospital or other healthcare services focused on our military.  A girl friend of mine who is a CNA loves her job working with an army base in Texas.  She works with getting soldiers health screen processing before their deployment.  So its not the typical CNA job duties (she use to work at a hospital), but she LOVES it.

Please add any suggestions that you can think of --- let's help each other out.
