I'm a critical care RN and I swear by my Littmann Master Cardiology scope!! I've tried a cheapie sprague and Ultrascopes. Personally, I love Littmann's. Depending on the type of unit you work in, a Littmann Classic SE works fine. If you are in any type of ICU, I highly recommend the Master Cardiology...pricey but oh so worth it!

Should I save some and go with the Mabis? Thanks for your time!

I LOVE my LIttmann Cardiology III. Well worth the money. I had a Littmann Lightweight and couldn't hear nearly as well as I can with my Cardiology. I should have paid for the better one the first time around.
