My CPR/AED certification expired the end of April so I needed to re-new it. I googled to find a class and found out that you can now take the class online. I went to www.cprcare.com. I found lots of different companies but the main reason that I chose this one is because a lot of the other companies did not have a phone number that they could be easily reached out and be sure that I did my research before just taking any course online. I called and spoke with a rep I believe her name was Jenna and she was very helpful. It’s a great alternative to a classroom setting especially if it’s just for re-cert.

Online CPR classes still require that one make a separate trip to get checked off on the skills by a certified trainer. Just recently I saw a job posting that specifically stated that online CPR courses were not acceptable for that particular job. Since you have to get checked off anyway, might as well attend the class and take the written test there also.
