For a CNA in a residential facility, what is the average rate of pay per diem in California. Would I make more money than a regular full time CNA? or not?

No difference usually. I worked per diem in my first CNA job and was paid the same as the other CNAs, and for that matter, was put on a full time schedule, so I never really knew what the per diem status was used for.
