Anyone recommend of getting their BSN right after graduating from a ADN program? Do I need a full year of working experience before I move on? Any suggestions? Thanks.

No reason why you can't move on directly after completing your ASN. There are many schools where people with no healthcare experience at all start off pursuing the BSN. For that matter, there are entry level MSN programs. Although, entry level MSN programs might place one in a questionable position for getting their first nursing job. At some point, the student needs to get down to business and put their education to good use by getting work experience.
