To all oncology/ hematology nurses what is the nurse to patient ratio in your facility

Interesting question. We have been struggling with nurse patient ratios for a long time. We try to keep our infusion/chemo ratio below 6-7 to 1 nurse with a total ratio of 10 to 1. I would be interested tohear what your facility ratio is.
