Melissa Welsh has spent her entire career working in the medical field. She worked as a CNA in a LTC facility for over 19 years, and then took the steps to become a Licensed Practical Nurse in 2005. Melissa has worked in a variety of areas including EMT-B, Phlebotomy, Med/Surg Tech, and PCT. She is currently working where she feels she belongs, in a LTC facility.

Melissa is a single mother of three grown children and two of the best grandchildren in the world! Receiving her license and working as an LPN simply completes who she is, and “sharing experiences and helping to educate others is who I want to be”.
