Ms. Mackay is Board Certified in Administrative Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Ms. Mackay has represented nurses before the Texas Board of Nursing for over 11 years. She is a former Assistant General Counsel and Staff Attorney for the Texas State Board of Medical Examiners and Physician Assistant Examiners.
