The terms “NurseTogether,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to NurseTogether.
By using the Site, creating an account, clicking to accept these Terms and Conditions, or purchasing any product or service through the Site, you agree to be bound by these terms, conditions, policies, and notices (collectively, “Terms and Conditions”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms and Conditions, do not use this Site.
NurseTogether may revise and update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued usage of the Site will mean you accept those changes.
Use of the Site is restricted to your personal use only. You shall not use the Site for any other purpose.

Certain features or services, including CNA Pass, may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, all activity that occurs under your account, and promptly notifying NurseTogether of any unauthorized use or security breach.
You may not share your account, allow multiple users to access a single account, transfer your account to another person, or use another person’s account without authorization. NurseTogether may suspend or terminate accounts that are shared, duplicated, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise used in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Certain products or services may only be available online through the Site or via NurseTogether’s representatives. These products or services may have limited availability and can only be returned or exchanged in accordance with NurseTogether’s Pass Guarantee and Refund Policy or as otherwise required by applicable law.
NurseTogether retains the right, but is not required, to restrict the sale of its products or services to any individual, account, location, or jurisdiction. This right may be exercised by NurseTogether on a case-by-case basis. NurseTogether further reserves the right to limit the quantity of any products or services it provides. Descriptions, features, and prices of NurseTogether’s products and services are subject to change at any time, without prior notice, at NurseTogether’s discretion. NurseTogether also reserves the right to discontinue any product or service at its discretion. Any offers for products or services made on the Site are void where prohibited by law.
NurseTogether does not guarantee that the quality of any products, services, information, or other materials purchased or obtained will meet the User’s expectations, nor that any errors in the services will be corrected.
Some products or services offered by NurseTogether on the Site may be subject to additional terms, which will be provided separately in connection with those offerings. By purchasing or using such products or services, the User agrees to comply with both these Terms and Conditions and the applicable additional terms. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and product-specific additional terms, the product-specific additional terms will control only with respect to that product or service and only to the extent of the conflict.
CNA PASS TERMS
CNA Pass is an exam preparation platform offered through the Site. CNA Pass provides educational content, practice questions, study tools, readiness tracking, and related materials designed to help users prepare for CNA exams. CNA Pass is an exam prep product only. It is not a school, testing provider, certifying body, licensing authority, or government agency.
Except as expressly stated in the Pass Guarantee and Refund Policy, NurseTogether does not guarantee that any user will pass any exam, obtain certification, receive licensure, secure employment, or achieve any specific result through use of CNA Pass.
The CNA Pass pass guarantee, if offered, is governed exclusively by the separate Pass Guarantee and Refund Policy posted by NurseTogether. All claims, qualifications, limitations, exclusions, and procedures relating to that guarantee are determined under that policy.
PURCHASES, PAYMENTS, AND DIGITAL ACCESS
CNA Pass and other digital products may be offered in access packages, subscription periods, or one-time purchase formats as stated on the Site or at checkout. The access period begins when access is granted after purchase, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Payments for CNA Pass may be processed through Lemon Squeezy or its affiliates and service providers. Lemon Squeezy may act as merchant of record for your transaction. By making a purchase, you also agree to any applicable Lemon Squeezy checkout, billing, payment, tax, and transaction terms presented at checkout.
Your purchase price may include or exclude applicable taxes depending on your location and the checkout process. Where required, applicable taxes may be collected at checkout.
CNA Pass and other digital products are digital services. Access may be provided immediately after purchase. Where permitted by law, by purchasing and accessing CNA Pass or another digital product, you acknowledge that performance of the digital service may begin immediately and that any cancellation or withdrawal rights may be reduced or lost once access begins.
REFUNDS
All sales are final except as expressly provided in the Pass Guarantee and Refund Policy, as otherwise required by applicable law, or where NurseTogether chooses in its discretion to grant an exception. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
LICENSE AND PERMITTED USE
Subject to these Terms and Conditions, NurseTogether grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Site and any purchased digital product, including CNA Pass, solely for your own individual, non-commercial use during the applicable access period.
You may not:
- copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, or sell any part of the Site or Content;
- scrape, harvest, mine, extract, index, or systematically collect Content or data from the Site;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from any software or system used in connection with the Site;
- use bots, automation, scripts, or other unauthorized means to access or interact with the Site;
- share, resell, rent, sublicense, assign, or transfer your account or access rights;
- remove, alter, or obscure copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices; or
- use the Site in any manner that violates law or infringes the rights of others.

The User may come across advertisements or other Content on NurseTogether that leads to the websites and services of NurseTogether’s partners, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, licensors, payment processors, and other third parties. Additionally, the content and links on these third-party sites or services may change over time. Any interaction with other websites, including those linked to or from NurseTogether, is governed by the terms and policies of those respective sites.
NurseTogether is not liable for any damages and disclaims any responsibility regarding how third parties collect, store, use, or disclose the User’s personal information. If the User chooses to visit any of these websites, the User is encouraged to review the privacy policies of those particular sites.
PERSONAL INFORMATION

ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS
From time to time, the Content on the Site may include errors, omissions, or typographical mistakes. NurseTogether retains the right to correct any such errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to modify or update information without prior notice.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
NurseTogether does not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or free from errors.
NurseTogether does not guarantee that the results obtained from using the Site will be accurate or reliable.
The Content on the Site is provided “as is” and without any warranties or conditions, whether express or implied.
You agree that your use of, or inability to use, the Site is at your sole risk. The Site, CNA Pass, and all Content are provided “as is” and “as available” for your use, without any representations, warranties, or conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement. No information obtained by you from NurseTogether will create any warranty not expressly stated herein.
Your use of the Site is at your own risk, and under no circumstances shall NurseTogether or NurseTogether’s Representatives be held liable for any:
- injury, loss, or claim, or any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, lost data, replacement costs, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, whether arising from contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, resulting from your use of the Site; or
- any other claims related in any way to your use of the Site, including but not limited to:
- any errors or omissions in the Content;
- any loss or damage of any kind arising from the use of the Site; or
- any Content posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Site,
even if NurseTogether has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not allowed, NurseTogether’s liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NurseTogether’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to any paid product or service purchased through the Site will not exceed the amount you paid for that product or service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NurseTogether and its Representatives from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party arising from or related to your breach of these Terms and Conditions or any documents incorporated by reference, your misuse of the Site, your violation of any law, or your violation of the rights of a third party.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it shall still be enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion will be severed from these Terms and Conditions without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
TERMINATION

These Terms and Conditions remain effective unless and until terminated by either you or NurseTogether. You may terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time by notifying NurseTogether that you no longer wish to use the Site, or by ceasing to use the Site.
If NurseTogether determines or suspects that you have failed to comply with any term or provision of these Terms and Conditions, NurseTogether may terminate this agreement, suspend your account, cancel access, refuse service, or deny you access to the Site at any time without notice. You will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination. If your access is terminated for a violation of these Terms and Conditions, you will not be entitled to a refund except where required by law.
GOVERNING LAW; DISPUTES
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the Site will be governed by the laws of the country in which the contracting NurseTogether entity is established, without regard to conflict of law rules.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any mandatory consumer rights or protections you may have under applicable law, including the laws of your country of residence where such protections cannot be waived by contract.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the Site will be brought exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction where the contracting NurseTogether entity is established, except that consumers may bring claims in any court of competent jurisdiction available to them under applicable law.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
NurseTogether’s failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not be considered a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, the Pass Guarantee and Refund Policy, and any policies or operating rules posted on the Site, represent the complete and exclusive agreement between you and NurseTogether regarding your use of the Site and any purchase or use of products or services through the Site, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or proposals, whether oral or written, between you and NurseTogether.
Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall not be construed against the party that drafted them.
