Sue Heacock

Sue Heacock has a diverse background in nursing and in life.  She was a Military Police officer in the U.S. Army and worked in human resources and equal employment opportunity before becoming a nurse.  With over 12 years nursing experience - to include working in research, pediatrics, and occupational health - Sue brings a varied wealth of knowledge to you.  She is a Certified Occupational Health Nurse Specialist and recently earned an MBA.  She has lived in many places around the country and in Germany. 

Her lifelong dream of publishing a book was achieved in late 2008 with the release of Inspiring the Inspirational: Words of Hope from Nurses to Nurses, a compilation of inspirational stories for nurses. 

She is interested in topics relating to public health and career advancement and enhancement.  Her hope is to help nurses and future nurses truly realize the importance of what they do each day.

Sue resides in Florida and is the proud mother of a 15 year-old daughter and a 19 year-old U.S. Marine son!
